What started as a single account has grown to multiple accounts in multiple languages in international locations across Europe, Middle East & Africa and Russia. Thousands of recipients a week receive emails in these regions promoting new products, conferences and training events.
Advanced Email Techniques
We have set up segmented subscriber lists - these are sub-sets of subscribers that can be sent to e.g. just dentists or just subscribers in South Africa or just South African dentists! The possibilities for segments and personalisation are almost endless.
We have also created automated journeys to drive a series of actions and engagement with subscribers. For example sending a series of timed emails or sending emails on a recipient's birthday. Again, there are many possibilities depending on what you want to do.
We train new staff members remotely using screen share and provide ongoing support services.
