The Balint Society approached us with a challenging project which had stalled in the development process.

A complex set of requirements seemed to be almost completed but this belied the fact that many of the underlying assumptions and methods could not reach the required goals. Turtlereality devised a plan to move the project along and solve the puzzles set up by the previous developer.

Since making the site live we have continued to improve various elements of the site as part of an on-going development process.

Balint Society Journals

A section of the website for the Society Journal, featuring PDF downloads, individual articles and a search facility.

The latest Journal volumes are available as PDF downloads of either the full journal or individual articles. Articles from these Journals are also available as fully searchable web pages. Each article is tagged by author and authors also have their own pages listing all contributions.

Older volumes are only available as PDF downloads, but we have created a searchable index page for each one with text taken from the scanned pages and tidied up by Artificial Intelligence.

Balint Groups

The main business of the Balint Society is to encourage Groups. 

Turtlereality built a system to display a Google Map created from user submitted data, moderated by the Balint admins.

We also have a listing of online groups which, since the Covid epidemic, have become increasingly important.
